Default Mediaserverd using CPU at all times

When I run top in terminal mediaserverd is using 3 percent CPU at all times when. Check in mem tool the Chinese concerted one it says 15 to 30 and it also says lockdownd and configd are using CPU the only way to stop mediaserverd is by respringing or killing process but once phone goes to sleep and wakes back up it is running rogue again everything I have searched and read says it is a winterboard issue however this happens with a clean restore without even having my music or contacts loaded back on I am so lost and I have found posts where people mention this but noone ever replies any help would be greatly appreciated I will even pay for an answer

3 percent is reasonable.. and by no means "rogue". unless you want to completely mute your iPhone you do not want to disable mediaserverd.

like i said though in memtool it says 30 percent sometimes and howcomes after i respring it is zero i would think that it would be at 0 if nothing is playing that what confuses me and i also wanted to know if it is normal for lockdownd to be constantly in use i thought it was only active periodicly for activation checks and am clueless as to what congig d does.
I just would think that even three percent at idle would use battery as the cpu is not in a wait state or c1 sleep

Here is my logic and concern I am wondering if my three to seven percent mediaserverd usage could mean my phone is tapped as it prevosly was and their are methods for making a phone record or transmit even when not in a hone call FBI have used it for yes echelon is one if the names it goes by or The roving bug as they refer to it in court transcripts so I am wondering if this is a sign that my phone is recording me .

    Hi Bro,
I have the same problem as you had last year and I want to know if you were able to solve it.
The mediaserverd is using 50% of the processor and it is killing my battery.
Could you help me with that?

    Thanks.
