Without more details, I can't help you. What OS did you reload on it? 3.1.2? Was it a Pwnagetool IPSW? original Apple IPSW?

Check the dock connector on the iPhone to see if it is clean. Try a wall charger and maybe even a different cable.

Also, we don't encourage personal payment for providing support here. If, after your phone is successfully fixed you want to donate money - donate it to the hackint0sh forum which needs money to cover it's operating costs.

it was an original apple IPSW. version 3.1.2, i jailbrekead it wit blackra1in, and unlocked it with bootneuter 2.1.
    further version was 3.0.

it was working fine but in one day everything goes to hell.

I tryed it with a different cable and nothing change. the iphone is turned off, when i put the usb cable in the computer, iphone turns on, a picture of the recovery mode is on the display and nothing happens.

What version of iTunes are you running now?
Are you on mac or windows?

Your problem is to turn off the phone?

To clarify.. It was working fine with OS 3.1.2 (jailbroken / unlocked)
Then you restore Apple 3.0 and now it does not turn off and is stuck at a "connect to iTunes screen"

Did the restore to OS 3.0 finish? Without error?

i got the newest itunes version.

Yes, one of the problems is to turn off the phone. The main problem is that itunes or my computer dont recognize the phone. In the past the phone was running on 3.0, and then i put OS 3.1.2 on the phone, jailbreaked it, and unlocked.

The problem is that the phone cant be recognized by the computer, itunes and i put the iphone to charge the battery and nothing happens.

so i got a iphone what is working, but i can't charge the battery, or anything else.

You did not mention your computer OS

Try removing and reinstalling (properly) iTunes and related components.

Check the physical dock connector socket on the iPhone to see if it is dirty, has bent pins or anything like that.

You say that when you connect the iPhone to the computer it turns on. That suggests that at least some of the pins in the dock connector work.

Does it also turn on when you plug it into a the wall charger that came with the phone?

    i got windows vista.

No. the iphone didn't turn on when i plug it into a wall charger.

i was trying to turn on the iphone without a cable, or dock station. it turns on and it isn't in recovery mode, it works NORMAL(home button,EVERYTHING). but the battery is now empty and i cant turn it on, cause iphone's battery is empty and the wall charger isnt working, and it cant be recognized by the computer or itunes.

is there a chance that my computer is blocking the iphone?

Your problem is hardware - either the cable or the dock connector on your iPhone or the power charging circuitry inside the phone.

Inspect the dock connector socket, clean it out with something that won't damage it more. Try a known OK cable.

yesterday the iphone worked nice, but still didnt recognized by itunes or computer or wall charger. when the battery was empty, i was trying to keep the iphone turned on, but it turned off. so i put it in the dock station, and the phone was going crazy. the apple logo appears and then it turns off, then it turns on and the apple logo again, and it turns off(this is all the time, when it is connected on the computer or dock station). i got really no idea about that, i'm really desperate, causse i got some really good apps on it, my contacts and some nice pictures.
