Default I'm so sick and tired of wifi issues on 3.0

    Hello all,
I upgraded my legally unlocked iPhone 3G to OS 3.0 and since then my wifi is not working . The wifi doesn't see any networks at all. When i stick my iPhone close to the wifi router only then it shows the network .
I've tried everything - downgrade , upgrade , jailbreaking , restoring back - everything and still its not working .
When I go to the WiFi Networks in settings, I see "Choose a Network" and it tries to find a network but cannot. I don't see anything under that.
Is anyone facing similar issues? What could be the problem ?

One more thing - I purchased my iPhone from Vodafone australia ; they unlocked it for me by giving me a code and its still under apple warranty .
Is the warranty valid here in India ? I mean is it international warranty .

I suppose you are tring to say you have a legally unlocked phone. If that's the case take the phone into an Apple store.

iPhones need to be serviced in their country of origin.

Taking it to an Apple Store outside the country of origin will result in either the Genius referring you to 1) an Apple Store in the phone's country of origin, 2) http://depot.info.apple.com/, or 3) AppleCare Australia.

To have it serviced from India, you would need to call AppleCare Australia and arrange for a mail dispatch - where they send you a box, you send back your phone and they return you a repaired/replaced unit. You would, of course, be liable for shipping and custom brokerage fees.
