Lightbulb How to fix no-wifi baseband problem on 3.0?

My wifi has just gone off for no reason and a complete retore to 3.0 in itunes and redsn0w has not fixed it. Its greyed out and i found a tool called ibooter that would tell me if my baseband nvram was corrupt but it dosent seem to work on 3.0

Could someone please tell me what tools i can use to check for and/or fix a faulty baseband causing the 'no wifi' problem.

    Many thanks in advance.
