I am currently using an officially unlocked iPhone 3G running OS 3.0 beta 3 Could some one create a ipcc bundle for my carrier to enable MMS and internet since I don't have access to a MAC? Thanks

Not to sound like a jerk, but you can make the modifications you need to yourself. The .ipcc file is just a .ZIP file, you can easily extract it. The .plist file is just a binary encoded XML file -- you can use any of a number of editors to modify it on Windows...

That said, I'd also be hesitant to install a carrier file on my phone if I didn't make it anyways -- there's a lot that can be done to cause trouble in those files, and as a matter of personal preference, I'd rather look over the data before its installed than have someone create it for me... Shoot me a PM if you want some more info on what programs to use to edit it or if you need more pointed info, but it's not too, too difficult to do the edits yourself!

I've got the same problem. Other posts are saying this may have something to do with the type-mask being set to an improper negative value, but I've tried everything -- negatives and positives, 13, -2, 24, -3, etc., and I keep getting the same result. Any ideas?

    I've set 3 apns:

    1. iphone tether - type-mask -8
    2. iphone data - type-mask -15
    3. iphone wap/mms - type-mask -12

Still got some problems with MMS, but the rest works for me with Digicel in Saint Kitts & Nevis.

With the help of dotsam's and aviegas's great posts.

Having these in the same place could be helpful to some:
