Contacts aren't detected
I restored my iPhone, and am trying to restore my contacts. They weren't synchronized with iTunes, however, I have the sqlitedb files (AddressBook and AddressBookImages). I am using an iPhone 3G on 3.0, and the contacts were backed up from the same iPhone on 2.2.1.
I transferred them back to the iPhone in folder
(I don't know the difference between the two, however I transferred the files to both locations (only AddressBook.sqlitedb in the latter)).
However, the iPhone doesn't detect them ("No Contacts").
I have tried:
Setting permissions to 0777 and owner and group to mobile (501) to the folders mentionned above ("Set Group, Owner and Permissions recursively"), creating an dummy contact with an image (so as to just overwrite the sqlitedb files thus created by the iphone, instead of putting in new ones), and restarting the iPhone.
It still doesn't detect the contacts. What else can I try?

For some bizarre reason, it works now. No idea why. Still, is there anything that seems wrong with these settings?
Oh, and while I was booting before the iPhone finally detected the contacts, there was a progress bar under the apple logo.
