    Default changing *.png without jailbreak

    Hi community, here my question:
the name: "gmail" is in germany not owned by Google - therefore the owner of the name gmail is catching sellers on Ebay that sell iphones with the gmail logo in the phonemenue...
It is not the problem to exchange the logo on a jailbroken iPhone using iphonebrowser or similar. ( ./system/Library/PreferenceBundles/AccountSettings//MobileMailSettings.bundle ) - I copy the googlemail.png to the gmail.png´so the problem is solved.
But that`s only possible for me by jailbroken iPhone and not resistant.
Does anybody knows a better solution without jailbreak?
    Thanky for your Help!
