Will these hardware specs work for iATKOS?
Hello everyone. First time poster, obviously.
I am...pretty newbie at all of this. However, work considerations have me considering converting my existing PC rig into a dual-boot Vista 64-bit/Snow Leopard rig.
I was told that I should post my specs at a reputable forum such as this to see if it would be even possible.
Here are the specs that I believe are pertinent:
Motherboard: Asus P5N-D
Hard drive: 1 partition - 698.63 gb, 74.74 gb free, Windows Vista 64-bit currently installed
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q9550 @2.83 ghz
Video card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 280
Will this work? And if this hardware setup does, indeed, work, I can just shrink my Windows partition, make a new partition, and install iATKOS there, right?
I was also wondering if iATKOS came in 64-bit. I am planning to use this partition solely for editing using Final Cut Studio, and I was told 64-bit would be a good way to go.
Thanks guys.
EDIT: If my specs indeed do work, will following the instructions at the following link work?

Thanks!

Incidentally, is there a chart or something I can look at to see if my specs are compatible?
EDIT: Also, what is the difference between iATKOS v7 and iATKOS S3? I am trying to find the difference, but my searches are fruitless, probably because I'm so newbie at this.
