Default Will I be able to install a snow leopard on my hardware?

Gonna write a pretty comprehensive list of everything in my system here:

Standard Analogue speakers (running through the onboard mobo sound)
    ASrock K10N78FullHD-hSLI mobo
    AMD Phenom x4 9950 BE
    4Gb of OCZ RAM
    Standard HP keyboard
Razer Deathadder (not the mac edition, but I'm guessing it should work anyway)
a DVI or HDMI 1920*1080p monitor
    nVidia 9800GT card
500GB Hard drive. One partition(40GB) allocated to Win7, another (the rest) is general storage, using the NTFS (or whatever windows formats to default anyway) File system.

    4 Questions:

    1. Will I be able to fully use all my hardware as a hackintosh?
    2. Will I be able to access and write to my main big partition where my files are stored for my 7?
    3. Can I dual boot it with 7? the 7 is already partitioned off and I needn't access any file on this partition.
    4. What disk and guide should I be using?

    Thanks for your time.
