Your CPU and video card are supported. It depends on what chipsets you have, particularly south bridge and SATA controller. If it's supported then most of the new releases should be ok.

I´d say it has Intel PM45 Chipset. At least is all i found about the chipset on my laptop.
Is it ok? Thanks!
So... i just have to download an official release, burn it and install? At the moment im not interested on dual-boot or whatever.

If you have to waste a DVD then let it be.
I wasted ton of it for different distros and download before got some that worked.
Beside, how do you know there are just files of some kBs? What utility/software do you use to read those files in there?
If you're not sure then download another one, maybe?

I already downloaded it 2 times. I explore the content of the iso with PowerIso, inside there are some bootXXX.xxx files, and a folder called [BOOT] or something like that, but its sizes are not even up to 50mb xD
Ill burn it anyway and give it a try!
