It could be your custom selection/BIOS setting/Booting option, as once you're through with installation successfully then mostly OSX should run if you had those correctly set.
IAtkos S3 v2 is about the best distro release out there for i7 CPU/HM55 chipsets.

You can try this boot option for i7-720QM

    -x -v busratio=12 cpus=1

    1. Do a clean/minimal installation by clearing the partition everytime, and only select the minimum, no extra, no video, audio, network, etc. as you can always go back to add more.
    2. For i7 CPU, the best kernel would be Qoopz/Annapvirth/Legacy. Vanilla won't get support till 10.6.4
    3. Try Chameleon RC4.

See how it goes and post your results.

I tried it with only Chameleon RC4 but didnt work,
I tried also with RC4 + modified kernel qoopz 10.3.0 ( included in iatkos s3 v2 ) but still didnt work....

Did you reboot with the boot options? Or without?
    What is your customization selection?

    I used the boot option you advised me : -x -v busratio=12 cpus=1
The selection I've made was always chameleon RC4 and once nothing else, once with the qoopz already given and many times trying using ati enabler and removing them...

You need to select the minimum which always need fixes/patches, kernel, chameleon.
Without OSX fixes/patches, it won't boot.
