First of all sorry for the bad English

I am making this to help someone who need help to install SL in their b560. And if some one can help me to fix my problems it will be very much helpful.

I have successfully installed and working Snow Leopard on Lenovo B560 with Dual Boot, but with some problems.

I have a Lenovo B560
Core i3 m380
3GB ram
Intel + NVIDIA graphics 310m

Not Working in mac:
Touchpad not working
Wifi not working
No hardware accelerated graphics (we cant see hd video etc)
One time my battery run out even with the power plugged in (need testing)

Rest seems to be ok

For installation (With Dual Boot) you need:

1. Lenovo B560 with widows 7 pre-installed
2. iatkos s3 v2 (Mac SL 10.6.3)– DVD
3. iBoot Legacy- CD & ISO file in your system
4. Windows 7 installation disc
5. EasyBCD 2.0.2 – for dual boot
6. a usb mouse (wired or wireless)

First you have to make a small partition of around 40GB for mac and don’t format it just leave it unformatted.

Then put the iBoot cd and boot it from the cd. Then eject the cd and put the iatkos and press F5, when you see the iatkos drive just select and enter.

When you see the installation screen, plug in the USB mouse because the touchpad won’t work. Now select your language and click next then from the above menu bar select utilities – disk utility. Now select the partition for you Mac which you have made before.

Now select erase on the right side and select Format your hard drive to Mac OS Extended (Journaled)
Name any name you like

Now erase

Close the disk utility
Press next and agree, then select the disk you have made and press customize.

Here you can select the drives and patches you need – I don’t remember what I have selected and I don’t get time to recheck it. Because I was trying this for a month and now I get it working at least.

Now press done and press install. After installation remove the iatkos and put back the iBoot cd and boot from the cd, and select you disk you have created and you install Mac.

It will boot in to it and setup your Mac as it ask you what it need. And again you should use the USB mouse because the touchpad wont work, I don’t know it didn’t work for me.

After setting up put your win 7 dvd and boot it for the dvd and press next then select repair, then startup repair. After repair boot to your win7 and install EasyBCD.

Now select Add new entry. Select ISO boot on the right side down:
For name gave what you want to see when you boot
In mode: load from the memory
Next select the iBoot iso file from your system where you save it.
Now press Add entry.

Now you restart

When you boots you will see windows 7 and you new entry for Mac.

For windows select windows and for Mac select the new entry now it will show you the same screen which you see when you boot from the iBoot cd. Now select you Mac disk and boot to enjoy you lenovo B560 with win 7 n Mac

Please someone help me for making my system fully functional with Snow Leopard or Lion
