Here's the problem: I'm stuck on a unicode heart symbol (♥) after installing OS X via Leohazard's 10.6.1-6.2 DVD when Chameleon RC2 should start up. The heart appears right after "verifying dmi pool data".

I also tried booting via EasyBCD's menu entries however I'm met with similar success where the bootloader freezes when there is the spinning wheel of text ( / - \ | / - \, etc). The bootloader simply freezes on one of the characters.

My system specs:

• AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600+ (2.4 ghz)
• Gigabyte M61P-S3 with version F7i for BIOS
• MCP61 rev. A2 chipset
• 4 gb DDR2 RAM
• NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GTX+ (512 mb)

Some of the options I selected:

• AppleNForceATA
• Mobdin Kernel 10.0
• ElliotForceLegacyRTC
• AMD Patch
• (Did NOT select either 10.6.1 or 10.6.2)

--I'm not new to OS X installs on hackintoshes, so I'm really confused as to why this is happening.
