Hi, I am using the following system:
Intel Sandy Bridge 2600K
Gigabyte P67A UD7
Gskill 4GB Ripjaws
Seagate 160gb SataII Hdd
MSI 5850 Twin Froz II
Retail Snow Leopard 10.6.3 DVD

I have managed to use iBoot Legacy to go to the installation of Snow Leopard, formatted my seagate 160Gb hdd. When I start the installation process, it will hang after a short while, sometimes I will get an error message saying an error is encountered during the installation.

Anyone can help me to overcome this stuck at installation?

Hi guys,
here are some updates to my problem.
Now I have connected my Samsung DVD drive and 160gb Hdd to the GSATA3 port on UD7.
Have tried to install several times, I keep getting Input/Output Error in the middle of installation. Below are some screenshots:
