Sony Vaio EB Series
Sorry for the noob question
I've taken a look at the installation guides and have seen the list of supported hardware and I don't think anyone has tried installing hackint0sh on an E series laptop. The specs are:
i5-520M, 2.40GHz
ATI MobilityRadeon HD5650 1GB
6 GB RAM
How do I go about installing hackint0sh on a possibly unsupported laptop?

HM55 chipsets? There should be quite a few of them.
You just go to it as "supported" laptop, minus a few devices.

Go with SL and then update it to 10.6.4 for better hardware support.
