sunchi92: Do you have a Leopard system running? If so, I would recommend using myHack and USB stick/HDD. Too bad the empire efi don´t allow booting SL from USB, rather than DVD.
Follow this:
1) Boot and install SL using Rebel Efi
2) Update to 10.6.2 (reboot each time with Rebel Efi)
3) After point 2 is complete use myHack you can find into the post install folder (Empire Efi ver 1.08).
4) Reboot (now you can boot from HD)
5) Install the kext for USB (usb 2.0) e IOAHCIBlockStorageInjector.kext (orange disk problem)
6) Intall VoodooHDA.kext (sound)
7) Install Realtek 8187L pkg (wireless)
8) Enjoy....)

Is that info to me? I have 10.6.2 up and running. Just have some dropouts with my wireless, and need to know how to uninstall the drivers...

Fire WIre
I did nothing but now my firewire works .......
How could it be possible?

Hello all. This guide really helped. Empire EFI is a clean bootloader efi emulator. Wish though u could put your own flags in, instead of just simple -f -s -x
I have a problem though. No matter what I do to the drivers, bios settings, refresh cache with -f I still have only 12mps. My first two USB ports are also not working. I did the drivers here, and set the bios as shown. No go. Just came from leopard 10.5.8 no problems.
Also my monitor is stuck at 1280x720 instead of its native 1366x768. I can live with it but any tips on this is appreciated.
Main thing is my usb, doing disk transfers to my extern hdd is killing me slowly! LOL
Thanks in advance,
TinFoil

Hi emm for the 1280x720 problem, try changing ports in your graphics card.
what gfx card you got?
and for the USB, try removing any kexts that are meant to show pci cards in system profiler. might work

And:
I install OSX on a different harddrive than Win7. is it possible to get a nice bootmenu when I boot the computer, and choose which OS to load? Now I have to press F8 and choose the OSX disk to boot it.
