Heres the Deal.


I got snow leopard, on to find out my disc cant read OR write dual layered
discs. I would use the USB Installation Method, but I don't have, nor do I know
anyone with a mac I could partition it with?

Really, my question is, is there a windows utility that can do what needs to be
done with my USB Drive? Or maybe an installation method that does not require
a working Disc Drive OR access to a mac?

You always can use distro release with single layer DVD disc, and it depends on what you're trying to install it to.
