Lightbulb SNOW LEOPARD HD in a PC?

    Hi everybody...
I have a PC with an Asus P5LD2 green MoBo. Today i took out the Western Digital HD that was in the pc, and install Snow Leo on it with a sata to usb adaptor, i did that with my MacBook.
I've been trying for few days to install SL with iAtkos, iDeneb, Disk Image with stella's magic, name it! Nothing works....

NOW, what i want to know is: Is there a way to set bios so the HD (with SL already installed on it) can start normally???

Hope i've been clear, english is not really my language!!!

    Thanx to all.

No you cant just take the HD out of a mac and put it in a pc, you will need to use a patched install on the pc.
