    well everytime i try i get a kernel panic and i use a dell inspiron so they should be sorta related on chipset atleast
    Get the latest info for NoAccSplash Here
    Currently it should work on iOS 4.x - 6.x

    Yes you will able to run Apple SDK or any other programs for OSX
