    Smile snow leopard on dell studio 1535

    Hi,
    This is my first time shift from windows to anyother platform.. i really liked snow leopard in its review n all.. so i wanted to shift from windows to macworld!
    just tired of viruses, slow window every now and then and all..
    but i knw nothing about how to do things like this.. ive been reading thru the forum but there is alot of information for me.. im confused now
    can anyone please tell me how can i move? with exact procedure?? and patches and links please?

    specs:
    Dell Studio 1535
    BIOS Version A05
    Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU T5750 @ 2.00GHz
    RAM: 2GB
    Network Card: Dell Wireless 1397 WLAN Mini-Card
    Display adapter: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3400 Series 256Mb
    Sound Driver: IDT (default that comes in 1535)

    if any other info required let me know.

    p.s no dual boot.. just snow leopard =)

    Try to follow the guide in this forum, theres some drivers for snow in the driver section, you will need to install Leopard 1st, not sure about your video card tho.

    Hi,
    thanks alot for the reply.. there is too much information for me in the forum to absorb.. and threads are full of different ideas and stuff.. so i was hoping if someone can come up with single post where i can get the complete guide.. as i knw nothing about this stuff before.. so it would be a great help if some one can look into my specs and point me to the right directions..

    I was searching the web and downloaded kalyway. I will try this thing and hope that i'll make it work.

    I'll post the report tomorow
