    Default Snow Leopard on AMD

    Hello people.
    I have a problem.
    With hazards Distro of Snow Leopard (10.6.2) installed I it on my SATA HDD.
    When the installer finished he says i must restart de Computer.
    But if I do it I cant boot Mac OS X.
    I tried it with 2 Bootloaders.
    1. Chameleon

    Can anyone help me? I tried it with "-x" too.

    When you boot the installer, my buddy helped me he used "cpus=1" as an argument(assuming you have a dual core) and it went a lot farther. (still didn't work for me though) :/

    Thanks for the post, but i came further.
    I installed it again with other kernels. When I boot now, it boots a bit but not complete.
    When I boot verbose he restart the Computer automaticly.

    When I boot normally he gives me different Errors:

    I installed MacDrive so I can edit the Mac HDD, if someone means i must it..

    We are having similar problems I do believe. I have an AMD as well, and I am attempting to install another way as we speak. If it works for me, I will share the way i did it with you.

    Okey thanks, but you can tell me how you installed it. But if its with the retail, then i must pass.

    Hello, I have a HP laptop with an AMD cpu, turion p540@2,4 ghz, 2 gb ddr2 and ati radeo 4250, can i run snow leopard on this... and if it is possible to point me to one tutorial pls.
