Default SL on AMD Phenom II, ...no go for me, help!?!

Well, hi first to all, ...don't get angry if I double posted same problem, but I didn't find any good answer for me, so here it is...

    I have:
    AMD Phenom II 955 BE
    2x 1GB DDRII 800MHz
    DFI LP DK 790FXB-M2RS (790 NB, 750SB, RT885)
    ATI 4870 512MB
2x 320GB SATAII (one is for System, other is temporary)
    1x 750GB SATAII (storage)
(optionaly I could insert SB Live 5.1 Digital, but don't know if it works)
Atheos WiFi (which I use for internet connection, so LAN is not needed)
Have two monitors. primary Asus MK241H secondary Samsung 730BF
PS/2 Keyboard, & USB mouse, also cam on Asus

...I downloaded "Snow Leopard 10.6.1-10.6.2 SSE2 SSE3 Intel AMD by Hazard" But all I get is Darvin loader & then reboot!?!
Also I downloaded "Snow Leopard Client Server 10.6.2 SSE2 SSE3 Intal AMD by Hazard" but also the same thing...

    I tryed to put -v, then -v -x, also -v busratio=20 cpus=1 nothing helped...

After that I noticed that my DVD-RW in BIOS is always on Master 0, so maybe it's making me porblems as shown in two situations that I tryed:

    First "encounter"
If I set in OnChip SATA Device Combined Mode to enable, my HDD is set as IDE Master 1 (after DVD-RW, which is Master 0) & in Hard Disk Boot Manager as first boot device stands my HDD
    Pictures as shown:
    Code:

    http://img519.imageshack.us/img519/2127/first2resize.jpg
    http://img714.imageshack.us/img714/7730/first3resize.jpg
    Second "encounter"
If I set in OnChip SATA Device Combined Mode to disabled, my HDD isn't set in IDE mode at all & in Hard Disk Boot Manager as first boot device stands RAID Ary 1
    Pictures as shown:
    Code:
    http://img341.imageshack.us/img341/5416/second1resize.jpg
    http://img59.imageshack.us/img59/143/second2resize.jpg
    http://img682.imageshack.us/img682/5905/second3resize.jpg
& I have no clue what to do now... I'm sure it's IDE DVD-RW causing problem... is there any wayaround for this?

...this is how it all looks like

    Cheers & tnx...
