So as you probably can tell, I'm completely new to the Hackint0sh scene.
I've been doing some research, and I've found some threads on similar makes, but not my exact model.
I'm currently reading up on threads trying to figure out if my laptop is compatible or not, and what method I should use.
I figured I'd post here for anyones assistance to help me speed up the processes.
Also, I realized not all of my hardware may work, and I'm content with that so long as I can at least get Snow Leopard running
So, here's basically all the information I have about my laptop:
- Link to laptop via Toshiba website: Toshiba Satellite® L655-S5165 15.6" widescreen Laptop
- Intel® Core™ i5-480M processor
- ATI® Mobility Radeon™ HD 5650 (VEN_1002&DEV_68C1)
- 4GB DDR3 1066MHz memory
- Conexant SmartAudio HD (FUNC_01&VEN_14F1&DEV_5069)
- Atheros AR8152 PCI-E (VEN_1969&DEV_2060&SUBSYS_FD501179&REV_C1)
Anyone that can assist me in any way possible would be awesome
Thought maybe I'd bump this.
I am searching and reading other threads, I just don't know which method I should use, or what I should do first, or if I should even attempt with my laptop.
I have the same computer, but not with i5 but i3, and when I want to use ideneb, the apple appears and the computeur immediatly restart (without installing ideneb --') I don't know if it's my computer or it's normal... I use Ideneb 10.5.6...
