As I'm responding to you, I actually got my netbook Lan working with a very old kext, Realtek 8169 kext for 8101E card
As long as it works, I'm not complaining.

As for your video card, have you try EFIStudio for string injection?
It has the ATI HD 3600 series in there. Don't know if it would work. If you like to try it, make sure you copy/backup .Boot.plist to another folder out of /E just in case thing screw up.

It actually loads the kexts, but just has hardware/release/version issues, and so far not many people success with them. I will try a couple more methods. It's just secondary.

Just want to mention that randomly while booting, SL freeze on apple logo, holding the power button for 10-secs and restart usually fixes this issue. I uninstalled AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext few mins ago hoping it may fix this little shortcoming

That injection is not quite good. Is it better? Have you tried to open app like Front Row, Chess, DVD to see if it has QE/CI.
The injection is supposed to be in apple.Boot.plist. If you want to delete it just make copy/backup then edit the files to remove the string.

Hopefully is working for some ppl but for sure at the moment it doesn’t support a lot of ATI VC, HD-3670 included. My Front Row and DVD remains same- not working but my Chess game have always work

Do you need to change resolution to or close to your native resolution (while waiting for the correct video kext)?
Have you tried the graphic mode boot options, or entry in boot.plist?

Sorry guys, I been out of town for few days, if I can get 1600 x 900 that will be great, I once used this <key>Graphics Mode</key>
    <string>1440x900x32</string> to get 1152 x 864 resolution.
