Hello everyone!

First of all please bear with me, I'm very new here
I have the following configuration and I'd like to install OSX on my Desktop PC yet I was unable to... I got an error or the setup couldn't see my HDD.

Here's my setup:
MB: ASUS P5E
CPU: Intel Q6600 @2.4GHZ
RAM: 4GB Mushkin @1066Mhz
Various HDD (do they need to be formatted specifically or something?) - I used a 160GB HDD formated FAT32 and was undetectable.
VIDEO: nVIDIA GTX285

Is there any chance you could assist me in having MACOSX installed on this configuration?
