Will this work

I downloaded the 6.13GB snow leopard img onto my pc. I do not own a mac, but know a friend of a friend with a mac. I put the dmg file on a flash drive. Now to get it on to the flash drive i had to reformat the flash drive to a ntfs format. Now will this friend of a friend be able to drag the files off the flash drive on to his mac, and prepare my flash drive for my pc?

I would keep the regualr FAT32 format, but it wouldnt allow me to transfer a file over 4gigs. and this flash drive is 8gigs.

I have recently installed OSX86 on my laptop and am loving it. I have a NTFS partition which I plan to install Windows on, and I can copy files to and from it.
OSX86 is a bit different from regular OS X, but I believe it should still work fine for your friend's friend.
