I have attached an Everest Ultimate Edition report in a link that states all my hardware basically.

HexaCore AMD Phenom II X6 Black - you need to read up on AMD specifics
ATI Radeon HD 5900 Series - sounds ok
I am not sure about your mainboard, you need to check this in detail.
