Trouble getting my Hackintosh to work. Please help

I'm following the Tony Mac guide to get my hackintosh working. I reformatted my hard drive that previously had Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit installed, so I can start over.

When I get to the iBoot screen and put in my Snow Leopard disc, I get an error saying "You need to restart your computer. Hold down the power button until it turns off, then turn your computer back on." Or something like that.

So then I tried going into the install through safemode by pressing "-x" before pressing enter when the OS X disc is in.

I get to the screen where it asks you to select your Lanuage, and then a screen pops up and reads "Mac OS X cannot be installed on this computer." Then it gives me two options, either restart the computer or launch the system restore.

I have ran out of options, can anyone help me?

Graphics: NVidia GeForce GTX 285 1GB
Processor: Intel i7 Quad Core 2.67 Ghz
RAM: 6GB DDR3 (I removed enough to make 4GB to install

I also changed the SATA settings in the BIOS from RAID to ACHI. I removed every USB component except the Mouse & Keyboard. I have a SL disc that I'm using after the iBoot screen. This is really annoying I really hope someone can help
