Samsung X520 - OSX 10.6.2 - Can't type anything in iWork 09 Pages

Have recently successfully installed OSX 10.6.2 on my Samsung X520 Notebook. Now dual bootable to Windows 7 or OSX.

Most things working as they should (apart from Network card, Brightness control)

Main problem I have is that on 'Pages' I don't seem to be able to type anything - nothing shows up on the screen. Have same issue opening a Pages document done on a Mac too...I've checked the usual - making sure I've selected a blank Word Processing document (with text layer) as opposed to a general Blank Layout.....

Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: I'd also like to know how to make AHCI in Bios stay set to 'Manual' as at the moment I have to go into bios and change during every boot.

So I'm guessing nobody knows about any of this that I've posted about?...Maybe somebody could confirm that I've posted correctly on this and actually confirm either way.

that mean that you don't have graphics aceleration, and iwork and the big major of osx apps needs graphics aceleration
