n00b! Help!!!

i have a MSI cr400x laptop with the following specs.
CPU-Intel Core 2 Duo T6500@ 2.1ghz
Chipset--Nvidia n730i
Graphics-128mb dedicated 8200m with shared memory upto 512mb
Ram-4GB Corsair DDR2 800mhz
HDD-250 gb western digital sata
screen resolution-1366x768
OS- Windows 7 Ultimate 32Bit

Is snow leopard or Leopard compatible with my laptop???
i would like to install snow leopard. what would be the best distribution or version for me? could you post the link here?

I would like to have Windows 7 as my primary operating system. Can i dual boot windows and snow leopard?

What is the exact step by step process to install snow leopard/leopard?

Yes, you can install leopard/snow leopard and you also dual boot it with windows. The best is retail DVD.
