Laptop and Dual booting Snow Leopard / Windows 7

Hello all. I am new to Mac OS X and I would like some advice.

I am wanting to get a laptop because I am a programmer and need to program on the go. Before I buy a laptop I would like to get one that would work good with Snow Leopard.

I want to buy the Mac Box Set and install retail so that I can update to the newer updates...and well, still support the mac product. I also want to run it side by side with Windows 7 if that would be possible.

Is there any laptops that you can suggest that will run smooth with both Windows7 and Mac OS X?
