Kernel Panic after Installing iDeneb on X58UD3R Gigabyte Motherboard

Hello there,
I'm one of the fans of MAC os , but while installing this OS on my system which have the following properties I got kernel panic :

Motherboard : Gigabyte , X58UD3R , REV 1.0
CPU : Intel Core i7 920
VGA : ATI Radeon 5850

I've tried many times with modifying my bios settings .
I don't know what I should doing for configuring my bios in right way .
but everytime after installing iDeneb on my computer, I got kernel panic .
if anyone could help at this point, It would be fine & appreciated .
