Installing snow leopard over iAtkos v1

I successfully installed iAtkos version 1 on my PC. Once the operating system loaded, but put in a retail version of Snow Leopard and started installing it.

Was this a mistake? Everything is installing alright, but I'm not sure if that will fuck things up, going from a modified operating system to a retail one.

I was curious about this did cause I have iatkos v7 and don't want to lose everything so I was curious if this would work did you have any luck just installing the retail over it?
