IBM-X61 SL 10.6 Please need installation help

I need some serious help!
I'm trying since one month to geht my hackintosh working.
Please help me!

my hardware:
Santa Rosa Intel Mobile 965 Express
Intel Core 2 Duo (Merom) 4MB L2-Cache 2,20 GHz (T7500)
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X3100

500GB SATA split 50GB for OSX and 415GB for Win7
3072MB DDR2-SODIMM

Intel 965GM
AD1981HD HD Audio 1.0 controller
Intel PRO/Wireless 4965AGN Mini-PCI Express Adapter
1024 Intel Turbo Memory

I alreddy used Empire Efi to boot with a retrail SL DVD
->this cobo works until i install xCode than the system crashes.

I alreddy tried iakos but it dont work.
Ill get a noisy sound from the mainboard until i cut the powerline.
Its a very loud beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep witch not stops doring booting

Now I tryied leohazard looks like the newest dest.
but after installation combos system crashes.
I tried x3100gma and intel kernal and so on...


I feel sick because I have to get my code done in xcode and had no sleep the last nights because of trying my luck with the x61 and hackintosh.
I need to geht my work done but i cant because I broke my MacBookPro and now I hop for some help.

I dont need any sound I just want so get xcode working on that mashine.

Please help me Please!

I read all forum textes and wached all youtube vids for help....

Please help me... It should work easy I know but I cant get it on my own....

Should be able to install OSX with your specs.
Try minimal approach to eliminate drivers/kexts issues with your hardware.

well okay how should I start?
I'm going to boot with the Empire Efi Boot CD.
Than change the cd to the retrail SnowLeopard 10.6.
booting up and installing.

What should I do next?
should I install chameleon 2.RC619.pkg?
If yes, what should I select?
