Leopard will eventually die. It won't live forever.

If you want to setup OSX on your PC then do it.

If you want others to help then, at the very least, post your specs along with what you've done to install, or try to install it.

ram : 512 mb

viga card : ati 9500 pro

You did not post your chipsets model/number, and the cpu is 2.8 but what type/class is it? P4?

If so, you can try some distro release like iPC, iAtkos to see if it works.
