Compatabilty for Sony Vaio VGN CR42

Hey I have a sony vaio VGN CR42 and im looking to have a seperate hard drive partition set up with Snow leopard. The purpose of this is to run a piece of software called Logic which is unfortunately Mac only.

Ive made my hard drive partition and am very famaliar with torrent usage so ill get on that next (although a torrent recommendation would be great!).

My question is does my particular laptop have compatable hardware?

I have:

Intel Core 2 Duo processor which im pretty sure is SSE 2 & above compatable
Sony Vaio PM965 Motherboard with a ICH8 southbridge
4 GB of DDR2 Ram
ATI Mobility Radeon X2300 Graphics card
Windows 7 OS
