can't run apps after install

I'm having an issue, after a fresh installed of 10.6 retail dvd, then applying the 10.6.7 update combo, and 10.6.7 legacy kernel and necessary kexts, I'm not able to run applications I install after the fact, I can run apps that were in.stalled during the installation but if install something like chrome or some other app it does not run giving the "app have quit unexpectadly" kind of message,

My setup is running fine other than that,l
AMD 1090T, ASUS M4A89TD, HD6850, Linksys Wireless Broadcom chip
I have tried about 10 times to install and is always the same,

I think your wifi Broadcom not work too after update 10.6.7, U need to save 3 /IO kext. In desk top before update, after update deleted (IO) kext and install 10.6.0 kext

Hardware is working fine, the problem is that I can't run any application once I install it
