Lightbulb PLEASE READ FIRST: What to post if asking for help?

If you are requesting help with Installation, please make sure you post ALL of the following, cause it is important:

    - CPU (i.e Core i7 Octacore @ 3,2 Ghz)
    - Graphic Card by exact name (i.e. ATI Radeon HD 5770)
    - Board Chipset (i.e. ICH7)
    - Wlan & Network Chipset (Broadcom BCM94311MCAG)
    - Audio Card (incl. ... yes Chipset i.e. Intel Audio HD)

It is not enough to post just a model i.e. DELL 1234 or things like ATI card.

These information help others to see if there are all the drivers you need available. Noone knows from the Modelname of a computer what is inside exactly, and no one here has a list he/she wants to browse for you first and than guess after.

Since you are using a AMD machine, you need to use the proper kernel for it, a vanilla install is not possible with this setup.
