Default [Part 2] Snow Leopard 10.6.1 on ASRock ION330 Pro

    Step 4. Software Installation
Let’s start to install software. Insert the Boot CD to your DVD drive, press <F11> during system power-on process, and choose the DVD to boot.
You can see below screen, which means the system successfully boots from the Bootloader. Now eject the Boot CD, put the Snow Leopard installation DVD into theDVD drive, wait about 5 to 10 seconds, then press <F5>.

After that, the name of the disc icon changes to “Mac OS X installation DVD”. Select this icon, then press [Enter].

The next screen appears as below for different language users and the system starts the installation of Mac OS X.

Do not click “Continue” now, if you did , that fine , press the power button then restart all over again.

Launch Disk Utility by selecting Utilities> Disk Utility…

Choose which HDD you want to install Snow Leopard to. Choose Partition in the Utility. Set the required Volume Scheme. Name the partition, and choose “Mac OS Extended (journaled)” as Format.

Click “Option” and select “GUID Partition Table”. (I’m afraid you may not see the small words on this picture so I type the description here, “To use the disk to start up an Intel-based Mac, or to use the disk as a non-startup disk with any Mac OS X version 10.4 or later.”) Click “OK” to confirm.

Click “Apply” to make the setting effect. But it is very important that ALL DATA will be DELETED by doing this!!!
    [IMG][/IMG]

All the settings take effect in the left column. Click “x” to close the Disk Utility
    window.

Kernel panic when it's loading from the OSX disc. Is there something you've added to the bootloader that I am missing?
