Doesnt change a think, because after chown -R root:wheel * it says to me for each file, that the file System is read-only.
When booting, it shows the exact screen ive posted above.
Thank you,

I now got it working using iAtkos (10.6.3)
Just audio is a little weird (no working drivers right now)
and i had to delete all NV kexts so there are no drivers
for my gtx 275 right now.
Should I update to 10.6.4 also ?

Good job. Well done.
Yes, take it to 10.6.4 first.
Then we will install your video/audio kext afterward.

Good job for finishing the update.
Yes, unless you have more than 4 GB RAM and require x64 for special purpose, SL runs much more stable and fast in 32 bit mode, particularly for applications and kexts, as some won't work or are unstable in x64 environment.
To boot in x86/32 bit mode, use boot option
arch=i386
You can make it permanent with an entry in apple.Boot.plist. Try the boot option first to see if it works, and then I will post the correct form/syntax so you can edit/enter into boot.plist.

That is good to know.
Here is the correct syntax for its entry into com.apple.Boot.plist that you should find in /E (/Extra), and you need to change permission for the file and its containing folder before you can edit it using TextEdit or equivalent.
<key>Kernel Flags</key>
<string>arch=i386</string>
I will search for the audio and video method next, unless you already got them working.

It's good idea to backup your installation prior to any system kext installing, as wrong/bad kext could render your OSX inoperative.
While you still have your Leopard running, boot it up and use either Carbon Copy Cloner or Disk Utility to image the whole SL volume/partition.
And do likewise for your Leopard while in SL. Save those images to an ext. storage or other partition.
Just in case anything goes wrong then the restoration only takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. You can always update the image with latest software/configuration.
1. As for your audio, here is the link to cartri for ALC-UniFix for 10.6.4+ Unmodified AppleHDA (ALC888 & ALC889), and AppleHDA.kext for 10.6.3 ALC888 by tmongkol (/S/L/E). Make sure that you move VoodooHDA and/or AppleHDA kexts out of /S/L/E and /E/E before installing the kext, unless instructed otherwise by its installation instruction. Try the one for 10.6.4 first.
2. As for your video card, GFX275, here is the link for its kext/method of installation. Look under posts dated May 26/28 and June 1 for details. It may need other preinstalled NV kexts to function, and if that is the case then you could find them in the install DVD (since you delete them already), but try it without those first.
Use Kext Utility to install, one kext at a time and reboot system before the next kext. If SL failed after kext installation, boot with -x -v -f to go to safe to remove the bad kext, (or use your Leopard).
Let me know how it goes.

You're welcome.
/E/E is /Extra/Extensions. Sorry I did not make it clear.
Try to get from netkas because it's official and trusted source.
Hope that you do the backup solution as I've been through some situation where system kext installation "killed" my OSX.
Keep us posted.
Cheers
