Ok, did you install your boot loader, chameleon? if yes, then no problem, since you will have to reboot anyway...LOL
    Try it first then.
    Wish you luck

I don't recommend using easy BCD though. It's very easy to mess up, and I ran into problem with it. If you do the partition correctly (select primary partition) then Chameleon boot loader should have no problem boot your windows partition, vista or win7.

On your desktop, if you use multiple disk (one for wins and one for OSX) then you could use your BIOS to select boot order) to boot the OS's, or if you load Chameleon then it can do two Os's without any problem.

I checked the BIOS a few minutes ago but its the same old bios.. not sure how to make it boot differently except the order of the devices..

    How do I load Chameleon?

Yes, step 1. OSX need to be in primary partition, and if you have win7 then don't use windows to partition your disk (win7 uses different partition scheme and it actual boot section is hidden from user, vista and xp is a lot nicer in term of multiple Os's). Use third party partition software instead, that will be for your laptop later.....

Did it reboot to your leopard volume? if not then use can use terminal work to install chameleon, but that harder. Pop in your install DVD, run through the installation and don't select anything (under customization) but just the chameleon boot loader only. (and when in there you could fix your password also)
Then it just the routine that you're been through....
