Nice & clean install but won't boot
Good evening or shall I say morning?
I'am new to this forum and therefore let me introduce myself first.
My name is Peter from the Netherlands and trying to get my:
iATKOS S3 Version 2 Snow Leopard 10.6.3 Intel OSX86 working on my HTPC.
Like the title said, i've installed iATKOS with a DVD and wen't without any glitches or so.
The installation runs on a IBM Thinkcentre p4 2.8 HT with 1gig of memory together with a ATI HD4650.
When I reboot after the installation, it just keeps rebooting after a fast flash with the blue iATKOS screen and logo saying "fount bios Image".
After that it flashes an even quicker white screen and reboots. I turned of the HT option and all sorts of options in the bios, but without any luck.
I hope you guys can help me out, I'm really looking forward to experiment with it.
THank U in advance,
-Peter

Hi and welcome.
1. It's good that you're going through the installation successfully, which means that the DVD packages should be ok for your hardware configuration.
2. OSX mostly should be able to boot IF you select your customizations and setup properly.
So you should go back to make sure that you selection match your hardware.

How precise do i need to be with the configuration? And is there a specifik configuration thats works most of the time?
itry to mark all the drivers which i need for my hardware, plus i select X86 boot because its a 32bit system. is that oke?
Is there something i need to post here, some kind of log? And how can i see that?
