I am trying to install Snow leopard onto my laptop:
AMD Athlon II N330 Dual Core
8gb DDR3 1333 ghz
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 Series

Whenever I try to install using the Snow Leopard boot disc (and iBoot), the computer gets as far as the apple logo screen and then stops. I tried installing OS X on my working hackintosh and then putting the hdd back into the laptop but the same issue occurred where it only got as far as the logo screen. Im not sure exactly why this isn't working. Does anyone have any suggestions/ is it even possible to make a hackintosh from this computer?

*I looked into the AMD website and my processor supports both SSE2 and SSE3. That was one issue that was suggested to me but it was not the case.
