Intel HD 3000 512MB (Works OOB, QE/CI Works)
Memory : 8GB (Works Fine)
Audio : ALC 272 (Works Fine with VoodooHDA)
Network : Ethernet Broadcom (doesn't work - haven't tried to fix it yet)
WiFi Atheros AR9285 (works with IO80211Family.kext)
Webcam : Lenovo EasyCamera (Works OOB)
Battery : (works with VoodooBattery.kext)
Keyboard & Touchpad : (Works with PS/2 Fix (multi beast)

Install Method: Using UniBeast (from USB) and Retail Install
Post Installation:
Run Multibeast Lion Edition (System Utilities, 3rd Party Sata, ElliotForceLegacyRTC, EvOreboot, FakeSMC, NullCPUPowerManagement, PS/2 Keyboard/Mice and Trackpads, Chimera 1.7, 64 bit Apple boot screen, OSx86 Software.),
Install
IO80211Family.kext
AppleACPIPlatform.kext
VoodooBattery.kext
VoodooHDA.kext

Were you successful with the e420? are e420 and y470 the same laptops?
