And intall it in a Pc with hight Perfourmas , using the Boot Camp ...

Is it legal to install Mac OS X on a PC ?

As far as I know this is legal in the rest of the world except the USA if you bought the OS.
No matter what Apple or the Americans say.
I bought SL and installed it on a Lenovo G560 with success. It was no problem to update the system - on the contrary: if Apple would sabotaged the update this would be illegal since I payed for the system and the support.

Wasn't there a loophole about the Apple Labeled system thing, where if it was labled as an Apple manufactured PC it would have been OK?
