Hi all

I have just ordered Dell XPS 15 with the following configuration:
Core i5
NVidia GeForce 420M
500 GB 7200 RPM HDD
4 GB RAM

My question is: Is it possible to install OS X on this configuration? Did I choose a better laptop for hackintosh? Mine is yet to arrive but I will be thankful if you guys can guide me on how to proceed with installing Mac OS X on this particular laptop

My second question is: Is it possible to install OS X on a USB External Hard Drive? My Dell Latitude D830 has just 70 GB internal Hard Drive that's almost full. I dont wanna risk deleting Win 7 from it. But, I am willing to try to install OS X on USB 2.0 external hard drive to make it dual bootable. Is it possible?

I was thinking about ordering the same notebook to do the same. I see no one replyed back to you. Where you able to install would you change your configuration at all?

i guess , problem will be with processor ,cuz 420M isnt native supported by Apple . Mine ( 370M ) isnt supported too , and i cant instal it :X
