    Default Installing iDeneb with a USB drive help?

    So basically I'm installing iDeneb v1.4 10.5.6 on my extra Acer Aspire One netbook and it says to use a external DVD drive, which unfortunately I do not have, I do however have an extra 8GB USB flash drive that I used to install OS's before, is it possible for me to install iDeneb from my USB drive on my netbook?

    If anyone could give me some insight on this that'd be great.

    Default

    Try this in a Linux Distribution, not tested:

    #dd if=/location/of/ideneb.iso of=/dev/sdX

    sdX = pendrive letter

    To sure, plug your pen, then type "dmesg" in a terminal. It will show your USB assigned letter of sdX
