Hi all, I'm trying to install this distro on my laptop with the following specifications :

-Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU P7450 @ 2.13GHz, 2133 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 2 Logical Processor(s)
-RAM: 3.00 GB
-VGA: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4530
-Network: Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller
intel(R) WiFi Link 5100 AGN

I think I'm so close to the installation process, It booted until I heard the intro Music but with black screen, tried the following:
-v cpus=1
-x cpus=1 -v
-x -v busratio=16 cpus=4
-s then rm -rf system/library/extensions/nvdaresman.kext

Is my VGA card support or what should I do, please help me urgently because I need it before travelling to the college tom., so please reply me ASAP

Did you get your video to work? I´m having exactly the same problem on my Dell Studio 1450, which is basically the same configuration as your HP Pavillion. I´m also trying to install IATKOS s3 v2, but in this case on a second partition. I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bits installed on my primary partition, and i´ve also installed MacDrive on Windows so that I can access my Mac partition.

I´ve been searching the internet for the past 2 days with no luck, so if someone could please give me some help, it would really be appreciated.
