Mac OSX86 iDeneb v1.5.1 (the title shows as layne OSX86) (Just gets stuck there and restarts)

After this i tried kalyway which gets passed that above and moves onto this:

Kalyway_10.5.2_DVD_Intel_Amd

I really want to install hackintosh onto my computer but the macs that i try, i select boot from CD and it looks like it about to do something and then just restarts my computer. I assume this is because of my hardware i have in my PC. Could someone please advise me on which mac i should try along with the link to download it.

If this is in the wrong place would you move to the approprate section in the forum!

What CD are you trying to boot? OSX? You did not give enough info for helping.

It's Jamie, I have been helping you today with Installing Macintosh OSX.

He has tried iDeneb's OSX CD. He is now trying Kalyway OSX 10.5.2 Leopard

Kalyway seems to get him closest to the installation wizard.

but it's still not working.

You may need some different method on that board, but for general with i7 you need to use boot options. So try ideneb with these.

-x -v cpus=4 busratio=20

see how far it can get (for cpus try 1 also, for busratio, 12, 17). Let me know.

After i enter "-x -v cpus=4 busratio=20" on Mac OSX86 iDeneb v1.5.1 it makes no change and still restarts.


When i enter "-x -v cpus=4 busratio=20" on Kalyway_10.5.2_DVD_Intel_Amd this happens:

it takes about 3minutes go to through it all then restarts.
