Installation succeeds but not booting up
Hi,
My hardware is ASUS M2A-68/AMD Phenom 8650, ATI grphics, 4Gb, XP running vmware player. I am trying to install iDeneb 1058. Install succeeds but after restart, It hangs on the boot logo. i tried -v, i dont see any issue there. I have the boot screen with verbose ouput jpg but i dont know how to attach it here, there is no "manage attachments" button as mentioned in the FAQ]
ANy ideas what is the issue?
Thanks
Sathish

Thanks again! I will try the ATA fix, but what did you mean by "you might need ahci sata fix too. "? Can you please give me more details?
Thanks

One more question. The ATA fix that you meant, will that be in the CD image? because i am installing from the cd image and how can i download from the location you gave? [right after the setup, it hangs after the reboot].
